About Parkerio and our concept

WE SAW A NEED
In the autumn of 2019, Logistikcompaniett i Stockholm AB looked at its various companies in the group and its need for secure parking. Of course, we set our requirements high with a fenced area, easy access around the clock, surveillance at night, camera surveillance, and headlight lighting. With the divestment of two hauliers in 2020 from the Group, the idea was to start a company to take care of the needs of external customers.

CURRENTLY
Our parking at Arlanda and Årsta Stockholm are very desirable among for example local hauliers, remote hauliers, foreign hauliers, construction companies and so on.
In total, we now have 50,000 square meters and over 500 parking spaces in various sizes. The parking part at Logistikcompaniett i Stockholm AB has now been more moved to the separate company, which is Parkerio AB.

VISION OF THE FUTURE
Our vision is within a year or so, to be able to offer many security parking spaces in strategic locations around Stockholm.
